1. Registration Confirmation:
Participants will receive a confirmation email upon successful Registration.
The Unique Student ID will be assigned after verification.
2. Payment & Acceptance Policy:
Registration Fee must be paid before the Last Date of Registration.
Registration is only confirmed upon payment.
3. Withdrawal & Cancellation Policy:
Withdrawal requests must be submitted in writing via email.
If withdrawal is requested 7 days before the program, will be refunded.
If the requisite no of registration is less then 10 the program may be rescheduled.
No refunds will be provided for withdrawals after the last date of Registration.
4. Participation Rules:
Participants must adhere to CIMEC guidelines during the program.
Any misconduct may lead to disqualification without a refund.
Participants are required to bring their own copies of the Indian Standards.

5. Data Protection:
Participant information will be kept confidential and used only for official purposes.

If the No. of Particpants is less than minimum Specified no. the course may be postponed at discretion of Cimec.
